Who can receive therapy

Therapy is available online only to clients who are physically located in Nevada at the time of each session. Your location is confirmed at every appointment.

Outside Nevada? Coaching is a separate, non-clinical service with its own scope and agreement.

You do not choose a modality at intake. Interventions are selected collaboratively based on assessment, consent, goals, safety, and clinical appropriateness.

Individual Therapy

For anxiety, depression, trauma and stress, identity exploration, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, relationship patterns, creative blocks, and performance concerns.

Treatment is personalized and may combine talk therapy with somatic and experiential methods.

Couples & Relationship Counseling

For partners who feel caught in cycles of criticism, fixing, withdrawal, failure, disconnection, betrayal, or unmet needs.

Work may focus on emotional attunement, communication, repair, intimacy, boundaries, and learning how each partner experiences care. Inclusive of LGBTQ+, consensually non-monogamous, premarital, and kink-allied relationships.

Dance/Movement Therapy

A psychotherapeutic use of movement and embodied awareness.

A session may involve breath, posture, gesture, mirroring, rhythm, grounding, imagery, or very simple movement—often while seated and always by invitation. No dance skill is required.

Clinical Hypnotherapy

A collaborative use of focused attention, relaxation, imagery, and therapeutic suggestion within a clinical treatment plan.

Clients remain active participants and cannot be made to act against their values. It may support work on anxiety, habits, confidence, pain coping, sleep-related stress, and performance, depending on assessment and appropriateness.

Qigong-Informed Somatic Therapy

Gentle breath, attention, posture, and movement practices may support body awareness, grounding, and regulation within psychotherapy.

Therapy

Therapy is licensed clinical care provided by Zano J. Manzano, LCPC, within his scope of practice and competence. It may include assessment and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Separate informed consent is required before therapy begins.

$200 per 50-minute session.
