Clinical psychotherapy is available only to clients who are physically located in Nevada at the time of each session. This is a requirement of licensure, not a preference, and it applies regardless of where you live, where you are registered, or where you were located at intake.

Your physical location is confirmed at the start of every telehealth session. If you will be traveling, raise it in advance so sessions can be scheduled appropriately.

A Nevada license does not authorise psychotherapy in other states or countries. Somara does not state or imply otherwise.

Life Coaching & Wellness is a non-clinical, educational and personal-development service. It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, or crisis services, and it does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental-health disorders.

Coaching has its own intake, agreement, and booking path. Eligibility and availability may vary by location, and coaching is never offered as a workaround for therapy where clinical care is what is actually needed.

Somara is currently an online-only practice. All sessions are held over secure video; there is no walk-in office location.

Nevada license status can be verified with the Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors. Board certification can be verified with the American Dance Therapy Association.
